How do I refund my order?

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully as AMR Hair and Beauty Supplies has a No Refund policy for change of mind or wrongful selection.

Damaged/Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, you can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or does not perform the intended job of the product.

 In this case, please retain your original proof of purchase receipt. All returns must be in its original condition, unopened and unused (unless faulty). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery except when faulty or covered by a warranty period.

AMR will deem whether the product is an acceptable condition to be refunded. We take no responsibility for items that are lost in the process of sending returns, so we suggest this is sent via registered post. Gift cards and promotional codes cannot be returned or exchanged, and cannot be applied to exchanges.
