What do I do if my item is faulty under warranty?

If your product is faulty or damaged and is covered by a warranty period, simply return the product to:

Please attach with your original receipt and RETURN FORM. Depending on the warranty provided by the manufacturer will depend on whether they will repair or replace the faulty item.

If we find that the product is not faulty or damaged, it is your responsibility to retrieve item/s. AMR will not pay to send these items back to you.
